RETURNS POLICY

Effective date: 17 August 2021

 

All items leaving our store have been inspected to ensure products are free from defects and that our clients receive the best possible products.

 

DELIVERY / COURIER

If you are not entirely satisfied with the condition of your products upon receipt please send an email to sales@bosveldsolutions.co.za within 24 hours of the time of delivery with pictures and a description of the damages / reason for the complaint. Please note we will not be able to replace products after the 24 hour period has passed.

 

IN-STORE PURCHASES

If you are not entirely satisfied with the condition of your products upon receipt please send an email to sales@bosveldsolutions.co.za within 24 hours of the time of Please inspect all products carefully before leaving our store as we cannot accept liability for damaged products / defects / spillages once the product has been removed from our store.

 

RETURNS / REFUNDS

We offer a 7-day Refund Policy on all items purchased. If you would like to return an item please notify us via email (sales@bosveldsolutions.co.za) and we will gladly assist. We will refund you the cost of the product / item provided that the item is still completely sealed and in a condition free from:

• Damage and tampering

• Physical alterations

• Any other damages not mentioned here

• All accessories including paintbrushes are still attached / unused and sealed A 10% handling fee will be charged for any returns. The courier fee / delivery cost will be for the customer’s account

 

PROCEDURES

For all returns or exchange related matters please send an email to sales@bosveldsolutions.co.za. Please ensure that the slip / invoice is present. We will evaluate your request and if granted we will outline the options available for you to exchange or refund. We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange should you fail to comply with our returns / refunds policy.

 

SHIPPING FEES

Shipping fees on returns or exchanges is born by you, the purchaser.


REFUNDS

We will refund you via your original payment method or via Electronic Funds Transfer – we do not offer cash refunds. Please allow up to 7 business days for payment to be settled.
